MC Jordan Langen from USA will be cheering you on in English/Japanese. He has ran races all around Japan and will be happy to meet you on race day.

[Important] Regarding parking:
There is no parking available for this race for participants on Miyajima island. Please use the public transportation from Miyajima Station. There is parking available at Miyajima station. 

By Train:

From JR Hiroshima Station, take the Sanyo Main Line to Miyajimaguchi Station, about 25 minutes, then
take the ferry from Miyajimaguchi to Miyajima Island. It takes about 10 minutes by ferry.

By car:
Get off at Hiroshima Iwakuni Road Hatsukaichi IC, via National Route 2 About 10 minutes to Miyajimaguchi Ferry Terminal, about 10 minutes by ferry

Get off at Hiroshima Iwakuni Road Ohno IC, take National Route 2 to Miyajimaguchi Ferry Terminal, about 10 minutes, about 10 minutes by ferry
 

Approximately 22 minutes by high-speed ferry from Hiroshima Port to Miyajima Pier

By plane

Take
the limousine bus to JR Hiroshima Station From JR Hiroshima Station, take the Sanyo Main Line and get off at JR Miyajimaguchi Station. Take the ferry for about 10 minutes

Take the access bus bound for JR Iwakuni Station (about 12 minutes) and take the JR From Iwakuni Station, take the Sanyo Main Line up and get off at JR Miyajimaguchi Station, then take the ferry for about 10 minutes.

Will I receive a confirmation mail after applying?
There are no mail items. We will contact you via email 10 days before the event.

About the event
When should I arrive at the venue?
Please be sure to register before the reception closes.
Is there anything I need to present at the reception?
The entry list will be posted on the tournament homepage. Please check your bib number in advance before arriving at the venue.
We may check to see if you are running as a substitute, so please print out your ticket and bring it with you just to be sure. Alternatively, please bring a copy of the document containing your personal information.
Can I retire?
It is possible to retire, but please be sure to notify the staff of your intention to retire and be sure to return the chip attached to your bib. Even if you do not participate and only receive a participation award, please be sure to return the chip attached to your bib.
What happens when it rains?
The event will be held rain or shine, but may be canceled depending on weather conditions. In that case, we will contact everyone by 6:00 on the day of the tournament.
What should I do with my cell phone and valuables?
Please manage your own belongings within the gymnasium. We cannot guarantee any loss or theft.
Therefore, please do not bring any valuables with you and leave them somewhere. Or please come up with some ideas such as carrying it with you when you run.

About the Race Venue
Are there changing rooms?
We have space available in the gymnasium of Miyajima Junior High School.
Men: Gymnasium
(please come in clothes that allow for a quick change of clothes)
Women: Small room in the gymnasium
(small space for about 20 people, so please share your space)
