The Kenyan drills before starting the interval series are very effective because I feel my legs are much lighter.
This training also gets me out of my daily runs where I run alone, because running with a group of people with the same goal is very motivating. We can encourage each other and outdo each other in difficult moments. There are several groups depending on speed, and it's easy to change groups even during a run.
